• We, at Iwan, aim to develop ideas, design and creation from our historical local levels to globalization by strengthening relationships with other nations. We also aim to mix modern ideas and visions and the spirit of history in different structures and views with new outlines that fulfill the requirements of our time.

Our history

In 1993, Iwan was founded as an architectural bureau in Mosul city; the first bureau to specialize in computer graphics in the province. Then, in 1995, Iwan extended its activities to include constructing dwelling units, and building houses and commercial buildings.

In 1997, Iwan had grown to include specialized activities in industry, such as designing and manufacturing steel concrete molds and forms, steel scuffled trusses, and precast concrete.

After the war in 2003, Iwan took part in rebuilding Iraq in many different projects, conferences and meetings, and became the local consultant for USACE, the US Army Corps of Engineers.

In 2005, Iwan expanded widely and became a group of companies that work under the umbrella of Iwan Group, seizing the opportunity of having new activities specialized in oil exploration and seismic studies.

In 2007, Iwan became active in surveying and data collection for urban renewing and design using the GIS technology with a case study of Mosul Old Town.

Currently, Iwan continues its expansion to work in different trends and sectors seeking accuracy, devotion, and innovation with the ambition of accomplishing long-lasting work
