One of the leading projects of Iwan;

In 2003-2004, Iwan created the concept of establishing Environmental Centers to serve this important sector in Iraq which was neglected for decades.

Under the supervision of CPA (Coalition Provisional Authority) and cooperating with international NGO, Iwan put the concepts, designs, and estimations and started constructing early phases of the project, which was proposed to be a row model for other ETC in Iraq. Due to security circumstances the project was not completed.

This is a residential complex that contains 30 residential buildings, a mall, a kindergarten, a school, and a health center. The green area represents 45% of the site area, which is the first in the country. The building techniques and materials used in this project are the first to be used in the country starting from the reusable water system, to the renewable-energy system using solar panels, in addition to the energy-efficient wall system. This project is our pride and a role model for other residential complexes in Iraq.

This is one of our leading projects in industrial design and execution. Our work included: manufacturing, installing steel molds, installing, casting concrete for the dome’s walls, installing steel pipes-columns with reinforcement and casting concrete.

In 2003 after desolating many facilities in Iraq, Iwan renovated 4 Banks, cooperating with CPA, and was elected to be the first Iraqi QAQC company for 9 other Banks.
The renovation was very challenging due to the huge damages in the Banks, and lack of time. But, the work was achieved in just 40 days.
